People residing in high-risk settings

Includes those who are incarcerated or detained; those living in group homes, congregate settings, or crowded housing; and student housing such as dorms and Greek housing

People with intellectual or developmental disabilities

As of March 16, 2021, the following groups are eligible for COVID-19 vaccinations:

Arkansans aged 16 to 64 with health conditions that increase their risk for severe COVID-19, Essential Workers (Energy, Finance, Foodservice, Information technology and communications, Legal, Media, Public health/human services, Public safety, Shelter and housing, Transportation and logistics), People residing in high-risk settings (group homes, congregate settings, or crowded housing), Healthcare Workers, Higher Education Staff, K-12 Education Staff, Pre-K Education Staff, Day Care Staff, Adults greater than 65 years of age, Food and Agriculture, Essential Government, Grocery Store/Meal Delivery, Postal/Package Delivery Service, Public Transit, House of Worship, Manufacturing

Southern Pharmacy is accepting appointments for our COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic located at 1319 Red Wolf Blvd in Jonesboro. To schedule an appointment, click here.   For other Southern Pharmacy locations, select the location and complete the COVID-19 waitlist form. A Care Team member will contact you for an appointment.

How do I schedule my second dose?

Southern Pharmacy will schedule your second dose of COVID-19 vaccine when you receive your first COVID-19 vaccine. You will be scheduled an appointment at a later date based on the date you received your first dose.

What if I need to cancel my scheduled appointment or be removed from the waitlist?

If you wish to cancel your scheduled appointment, please email CANCEL to [email protected]

What if a cancel my scheduled appointment?
Any scheduled appointment will be filled by someone on the COVID-19 vaccine waitlist.
What if I cancel my appointment and need to reschedule by appointment?

Visit www.southernpharmacy.net/covidvaccine to be added to the waitlist.

Southern Pharmacy, along with other healthcare providers, are working diligently to vaccinate our communities. If you are already on an existing COVID-19 vaccine waitlist, please to not request to be added to more than one waitlist.
